Does normal CTE rule out IBD?

I'm undiagnosed and trying to figure all of this out. So far my bloodwork showed elevated ESR and CRP. But my CTE scan came back normal, and I'm wondering if that eliminates the possibility of IBD, or at least makes it less likely.

I do have a colonoscopy scheduled in a few months--a second one, as unfortunately the first one couldn't be completed because I was too constipated. But right now I'm just very antsy about this.
