Hi everyone!
I was on the EEN diet from early October until early December (about 10 weeks). I drank 5 Boost plus a day due to a flare up and high inflammation. Along with the Boost plus, I was on Prednisone (currently tapering down and on 10 mg). My doctor started me back on Remicade (which I've been on before: Sept-August 2015). My doctor was worried about starting Remicade because of the risk of causing an abscess, but she finally told me to start tapering down on the Boost drinks because my fecal calprotectin went down a lot. I went down to 4 drinks, then 3, etc. and now I am eating food again. So far, I think that because of the Remicade, I've been ok with eating normal food again (haven't been using the bathroom as much). I feel fine, but I was wondering if anyone can share their thoughts about their transition into real food and their reactions. Thanks guys!
