Hi all, I have been taking Vedolizumab for a little over a year now and Crohn's is in remission. I take half of a tablet of mercaptopurine (6MP) to eliminate any reaction to the Vedolizumab. The only side effect I have noticed is some joint pain. I'm a little spent after the infusion but that resolves in a day or two. Regular stools, no pain and clear colonoscopy.
