Should I go to the doctor?

Hey guys so through a separate doctor I've been working with to figure out why I have fatigue most days, we basically tested every auto immune and vitamin/nutrient in my body.

the only things that were off

SHGB 52(10-50)
DHEA-S(85-690)
S Cerevisiae (IGG) 32.4H <20 negative
20-29 equivocal
>30 positive

He didn't seem to concerned with this result,and I generally don't seem to have diarrhea or stomach issues. I'm wondering if I should to my primary and get a scan of my insides....

It could be a good place to start
A diagnosis of fatigue needs looking into if it is consistent and bothering you
