Tired

Thanks. I am wondering if this could be a delayed reaction to wasabi? I had wasabi chips Saturday. I hadn't realized what it was. It was spicy and had horseradish in it

It's possible. I try to avoid spicy foods myself. The only way to know for sure is to try it again when you're feeling better. But who would want to.

Hey Ron , hope it eases off soon and it was only the spicy food , funnily enough I occasionally have spicy food and it does not effect me too much , has the humira helped any bit yet ?

Hope you get better sleep tonight. I ate Wasabi peas that made me bloated with gut pain, and diarrhea. I steer clear of Wasabi and spicy food-they cause me problems
