Just trying to figure all of this out. MRI next week

Hey ya'll my name is Alyssa. I am 21 years old. I have been going through stomach problems for 5 years now since i was in eleventh grade. I had my gallbladder taken out in eleventh grade, shown from a HIDA scan saying it was inflamed. We thought that by removing my gallbladder my stomach problems would go away, but they have seemed to have gotten worse. Within the past years i have had many CT scans, Ultrasounds, a colonoscopy, a endoscopy, many blood tests, xrays, gastric empty test, and allergy testing for foods. Most of these test have all come back normal. I also was diagnosed with endometriosis so i have frequent cysts in my ovaries. About a year ago i had the endometriosis removed. I also had a hernia repair on my belly button done a month and a half ago, (this was from the endometriosis surgery). We have come to the conclusion that we call my frequent stomach upsets "stomach Attacks." Because i dont always have constant pain. There will be times i feel perfectly and then in just seconds i will be crying and screaming in pain on the floor with my stomach hurting so bad. We will then usually rush my to the ER, but every time they will do tests and everything comes back normal. I have seen About 7 doctors now. I see a specialist GI doctor now and I have a MRI enterography scheduled for next week and i already had a blood test done to see if i have crohns, but we dont know the results of that yet. Im just really frustrated and want answers. I can barely keep up with college any more. I had to take my summer off from school. I hoping someone on here can help ease my mind a little and boost my spirits. Thank yall!!!

I get what it is to worry that your health will interrupt your education. I hope you can trust that you're doing the right thing by taking time for your health. I hope you have more answers and start feeling healthy soon!
