Post surgery question

I just had surgery 6 days ago to resection my bowel and repair my bladder after a fistula. I had the catheter removed today and could feel air coming out as I urinated. This is concerning as this was one of the symptoms of the fistula. Any one have this post surgery or after catheter removal?
