Getting infusion while traveling

Hello I'm an American citizen but I live israel. I plan to visit family in Las Vegas for 3 month and I never had any health insurance in the US, I can get enough remicade from my insurance back home but I will need a place to get the infusion, in a reasonable price.
Hope someone could guide me about options and costs
