Angry Bowels

Lets see about five years ago in college during my finals no less i started getting very bad abodiminal pain. Well long story short no insurace caused me to go really far in to debt 73 k. trips to the er and specialist and no one could tell me what i had. So the doctors thought it was gaul stones they removed my gaul bladder and part of my small intestine. Well all was fine for about 3 months (lost my job cause of a flare up). my pain came back same symptoms of before vomitting of bile and problems goin to the restroom. the later symptom actually got far worse after the operation. So for the past 3- 4 years ive been in and out of hospitals loseing more money and going farther in debt. No diagnosis and now they are telling me we need you to get another edosc and colonoscopy. not exactly highlights in a mans life. Makes me kinda feel bad for females and there trips to the gyno. so my family dr nice guy about the only dr i can stand to be in the same room with now. Telling me he thinks im right that i may have had chrones this whole time. so now im very pissed and broke. the family business wouldnt give me insurance prior conditions. im really thinking about sueing the hospital for negligence. no one ever told me that the gaull bladder removal would exasperate everythging worse. you will be fine couple weeks of antibiotics and this surgery will be all ya need. Bottom line is im glad to be around a bunch of people who i can vent to and see that im not alone in this messed up cycle of bull shat. :poo: such a great smiley that makes me think of my mornings.

hello Bit
so sorry to hear of the nightmares you have been suffering.
it is my opinion that with a good lawyer you might be able to make a case for negligence here.
was it explained to you why the gallbladder was removed? and on what evidence?
if you could find a lawyer that works on contingency, ie he/she does not get paid unless you win the case they could say if you have a case to pursue.
just a thought
hope you will soon be feeling better
