LIFT Surgery recovery experience - failure/success

I had LIFT surgery six weeks ago - external openings are not draining but the incision next to the rectum is still open and draining and painful.
I have a complex fistula with two fistula external openings converging on one internal opening. One of the external openings had closed and the other one is still open but no drainage. This is my fifth trip to the operating table with I&D and seton and a failed advancement flap surgery under my belt as well. No diagnosed Crohn's or IBS but had been struggling with this for more than three years.

Really anxious and nervous - any experience you can share would mean the world to me. Thank you!!
