Severe pain just behind the toes

Hi, I'm a 24 year old male and was diagnosed with Crohn's around 2 years ago. I have been on Remicade for over a year now and I've sort of been on remission. But just recently, I experienced a lot of pain in my feet, in the bones just behind my toes. I could not seem to understand how this started. Has anyone else faced this?

I have not but you might want to see a podiatrist.

I contacted my gastro specialist this morning and he asked me to take a serum uric acid test. I think it's related to gout, has anyone else faced this

I've never had gout, but I have wandering inflammation when I'm flared. I got pain in a lot of random areas. Usually in the joints.

Same here, I almost always have pain between my finger joints
