Colonoscopy done

Hi guys the colonoscopy is finished, 48 hours no food starving. Seen the specialist after, he gave me photos of colonoscopy said polyps look ok dont freak out. See him in 3 weeks time. Wow so long, i worry a lot.
The bowel prep was good, findings= there was a few small ulcers in the ileum, 5mm polyp in the sigmoid colon, 5mm polyp in the rectum, these were completely resected using cold snare, mild diverticulosis noted in sigmoud colon.
Biopsies were taken from the terminal ileum, polyps resected.
Conclusion iteitis, colonic polyps, diverticular disease. 3 weeks for histology results. Cheers

No inflammation? That's good.

I had my colonoscopy last week and had severe inflammation and ulcers. I'm not sure what polyps are, how does that affect you?

Where were your ulsers? Iam freaking out now, i was half ga ga, when he spoke to me, now i wait 3 weeks till i see him again.
