Old Crohns now Sigmoiditis

Hi everyone. I have had Crohns for 50 years with 3 resection. I now have developed Sigmoiditis and proctitis. I was put on Flagyl yesterday. I have been on Remicade for 15 years. I will see my gastroenterologist next week. I am worried 😧 because I don’t know what to expect. I am having a lot of lower abdominal pain.
