I have had UC and crohns and have had an stoma, but I have runny output, it is just like coloured water.
I have tried loperamide but it leaves me so tired ... please help!!!

I do not have a stoma.
But if you click on Support Groups there is a Stoma Support Group listed there.
A member with similar experiences should show up soon.
