Toilet paper is one of those non perishable items that are easy to stock up on. We have shelves of it along with other non perishable items.
Not so much for emergencies, but because my wife coupons and gets the stuff way cheaper than normal. The toilet paper and paper towels go fairly fast, but we have enough toothpaste, deodorant, toothbrushes, razors & shaving cream to last for years. Our kids pick through occasionally when they need something.
I bought a lot of light bulbs cheap because of the foolish government mandate that eliminates the selling of regular light bulbs.
